Idaho Meat Producer 

Due to previous exceedances to the POTW, the former Owner of this facility had been hauling multiple tanker trucks of wastewater each day to a larger nearby community, at great expense.  The new Owner saw the value in providing cost effective onsite treatment, and hired G3 to lead a progressive design build (PDB) team to resolve this year's long issue.  G3 worked with the POTW to understand treatment goals and then developed a phased treatment approach that started with physical treatment (EQ, pH adjustment, DAF) with ability to easily and quickly add secondary treatment, tertiary treatment, and sludge dewatering as needed to support the needs of the POTW.  One after Notice to Proceed, our PDB team provided a 50% design with guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for turnkey delivery of the project.  Upon acceptance of the GPM,  Issue for Permit design was delivered to the City in two months, and equipment procurement began to allow building construction prior to winter and meet financial deadlines.
