California Frozen Novelty Producer

After G3 provided a temporary resolution to this southern California frozen novelty producer's pH control issues, they contracted with G3 and GSE Construction on a progressive design-build (PDB) approach to a permanent treatment solution.  In less than a month, the PDB team, led by G3, developed 30% drawings and a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for turnkey delivery of the project in <9 months, including design, permitting, construction, and commissioning.  G3's GMP was 60% less than previous solutions, and our PDB team was selected to move forward with the work.  Issue for permit drawings were delivered on schedule for City approval in under one month.  Utilizing the flexibility of the PDB approach, long lead items were purchased during the permitting period to accelerate equipment delivery.
