Frozen Novelty Emergency pH System 

This southern California dairy based frozen novelty producer contacted our team regarding potential revocation of their wastewater discharge permit due to hundreds of NOV's from out of spec wastewater pH.  Two days later, our operations team was at the site.  We made recommendations for changes to the existing system, developed SOP's, and designed and installed an intercept and pH adjustment system in 10 days to meet a City deadline.  Our team then represented the Owner at legal proceedings with the City and was able to successfully avoid revocation of their wastewater permit.  G3 staff provided full time onsite operations support for 8-weeks to train onsite staff about operation of the new system and ensure SOP's were being followed to manage pH.  G3 continues to provide remote support and guidance as needed.  The system has not had a single pH exceedance since G3 became involved.
