California Poultry WWTF 

After a positive experience working with G3 staff at their Utah facility, this poultry producer hired G3 for design of a new 1.6 MGD wastewater pretreatment facility at their poultry processing facility in central California.  The facility wastewater discharge utilizes over 60% of the local POTW capacity, and due to growth, the POTW requested that the Owner provide pretreatment to reduce incoming wastewater strength.  Designing around used equipment purchased by the Owner, G3 developed a phased treatment approach that would allow them to meet current and future discharge standards.  To limit visibility, major treatment processes were design to fit in an existing building.  Despite a limited footprint and limited equipment flexibility, G3's engineers and licensed operators were able to provide a safe, operator friendly design that could be easily expanded in the future with advanced treatment. G3 partnered with the Owner's existing electrical and structural team to deliver a complete design for design-bid delivery.
