Illinois Sausage Producer 

Working with a large wastewater equipment provider, G3 provided engineering services to replace this facility's 700,000 gallon per day aerobic treatment system.  Work was complicated by not having as-builts of the existing system.  G3 started the project by performing a 3D scan of the existing facility from which an as-built conditions 3D model was generated to use as a base file.  This accelerated the design cycle, and allowed development of stamped Issue for Permit drawings in two months.  G3 worked directly with the Owner's preferred contractor to define and design several preconstruction tasks during facility shutdowns to expediate construction and meet the Owner's schedule.
